The best way to reach us is email. Write to contact@photoeditingprompts.io. It routes to a real inbox, and we read everything that comes in.

To help us help you, a few lines of context go a long way: which prompt or page you were using, what you expected, and what actually happened. If a prompt produced a result you did not want, paste the prompt text you used so we can reproduce it. Please do not send sensitive photos through email; the MVP site has no secure upload or support portal for private image review.

Response times

This is a small project run by hand, so we cannot promise an instant reply. We work through messages in batches and prioritize broken prompts and factual corrections — those affect everyone reading the page, so they jump the queue.

We do not have a phone line, a live chat, or a support ticket system. Email is the whole channel, and that is on purpose — it keeps the project quiet and honest.

What to write about

• A prompt that stopped working. Models change, and a prompt that worked last month may drift. Tell us which one and we will re-test it.
• A correction. If something on the site is wrong or unclear, we want to know. We would rather fix it than leave it.
• A question. If the ChatGPT prompts page did not cover it, ask — your question may become the next entry.
