Your photos

Photo Editing Prompts does not collect, receive, store, or process your photos. There is no upload form, no image field, and no way to send us a picture through the site. The editing described here happens entirely inside ChatGPT, on your side — your photo goes from you to ChatGPT and never touches this site.

Anything you do with a prompt after copying it is governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy, not this one. We cannot see, and have no record of, what you upload to ChatGPT.

What we collect

At this MVP stage the site is a set of static pages with no account system, no login, and no user-submitted content. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal detail to read the site. The only personal data we touch is the limited analytics described below when analytics are enabled for production.

Analytics

When analytics is enabled in production, it stays consent-gated. On your first visit a consent banner asks you to accept or decline. Google Analytics 4 loads in a cookieless mode that sets no cookies and stores no identifiers until you accept; Microsoft Clarity does not load at all until you accept. If you decline, Clarity never loads, Google Analytics stays cookieless, and your choice is remembered in your browser.

When you accept, the site may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and how the prompts are used. Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Yandex Webmaster use DNS verification or sitemap submission; they do not add browser tracking scripts to this site. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized interaction analytics such as clicks, scrolls, and session replays of on-page behavior; Google Analytics reports page views and referring sites. We may collect basic usage events such as prompt copy clicks, search usage, and outbound clicks. This helps us decide which prompts to add or rewrite.

The site does not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or run cross-site ad retargeting. These tools are used to improve the library, not to identify you as an individual.

Cookies and local storage

Two kinds of storage are used. First, a small number of preferences in your browser’s local storage — your light or dark theme choice, and (when analytics are enabled in production) whether you accepted or declined the analytics consent banner — so the page does not flash the wrong color and remembers your choice; they stay on your device and are never sent to us. Second, when analytics are enabled and you accept, the tools above set their own cookies to measure usage. We do not set advertising or cross-site retargeting cookies, and you can clear all of them any time through your browser.

If features change

This policy describes the site as it exists today: read-only, with no uploads and no user submissions. If we ever add a feature that does handle your data — letting you upload a photo, submit a prompt, or create an account — we will update this page to describe exactly what is collected and why, and we will do so before that feature goes live, not after. We will not quietly start collecting more than this page says.
